The SmartLoader360™ is a revolutionary new product that will transform bagroom sortation.
Today, baggage handlers lift up than 9 TONS in a single shift. Each bag is lifted and carried during the manual sortation process. The SmartLoader360™ allows baggage handlers to accumulate large numbers of bags and then transfer those bags to carts with no lifting or carrying required.
Traditional sortation methods also require manual staging and shuffling of carts. The SmartLoader360™ eliminates this by using existing space and innovation to maximize bag accumulation. The SmartLoader360™ creates space where you need it.

Luggage Loading with NO LIFTING
Bag rooms have not changed much since the beginning of commercial aviation. Even today, bags are still lifted from the sortation conveyor and manually carried and lifted onto awaiting baggage carts. More than 40% of airline injuries are estimated to occur here.
The SmartLoader360™ eliminates the need to lift or carry bags. The operator simply slides bags across a dead roller into an awaiting SmartLoader360™ tray and these bags are then transferred AUTOMATICALLY into an awaiting cart. No lifting or carrying is required.

Kent Stenzel (BSME / Inventor) is a degreed Mechanical Engineer with over 35 years of experience in product/machine design, 3D solid modeling and problem solving in a variety of manufacturing and production environments. Kent is also widely recognized as an expert in Baggage Handling System design. He has more than 26 years experience in the industry and has designed airport baggage handling systems worldwide.
Kent is also a prolific inventor with multiple patents across a wide range of industries.
